Our Meals
Delivered meals will last up to 7 days (including day of delivery). Please always check the Use By Date before consumption. It’s printed on a separate label on the top of each meal.
Yes the can! Our meals are delivered fresh and will last in the fridge for up to 7 days. If you plan on freezing our meals, we recommend freezing them on the day of delivery to lock in freshness. Once frozen, meals will last for up to one month in a freezer.
Yes. We have a large range of both vegan and vegetarian meals to choose from that are satisfying and full of flavour.
Yes. All meals are listed with ingredients and nutritional information.
Yes! Our meals are designed with presentation in mind. If you feel that a meal you received looks different to what is shown on our website, please contact our customer service team on orders@essentialkitchen.com.au
Yes! Our meal plans are designed to assist you with muscle gain, performance and weight loss. Each meal plan details the specific criteria we have used to identify which of our meals are appropriate for each fitness outcome. We advise working with a professional to determine which plan best suits you.
Our primary objective is to help our customers achieve improved health & wellbeing. HSR is a great way to quickly understand how healthy a meal is based on the overall nutritional value of each meal. HSR’s are printed on each label as a reminder of the nutritional value of each meal.
Our trained team of chefs take the highest degree of care and attention to detail when creating our meals. As our meals are made in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee the absence of specific allergens and must advise that traces of allergens may be present in our meals. We recommend reading the ingredient list shown on each meal or referring to the specific product page on our website for specific information. Ordering
Simply browse our menu, add individual meals or meal plans to your shopping cart, then head to the checkout when you’re ready. There's no lock in subscription or contract so once at checkout, fill out your details and simply select your delivery date and preferred time. You will then receive an sms or phone call once delivery has been made.
Yes. We require a minimum order of 7 meals. This allows you to order lunch or dinner for the whole week.
Essential Kitchen offers two delivery days per week, Tuesday & Thursday
For Tuesday delivery, 5.00pm Sunday cut-off will apply.
For Thursday delivery, 5.00pm Tuesday cut-off will apply.
There is a $15.00 delivery fee applied to all orders.
Yes. To make ongoing ordering easy, set up an account and tick the box to ‘remember your details’.
Our account page will track past orders, upcoming orders, delivery times, delivery address and key account details.
Other
We take the highest degree of caution in our operations to reduce the spread of COVID-19. On top of meeting all government regulations and implementing contactless delivery, we have promoted vaccination within our team. We are happy to say that all members of our staff have received their first jab and over 50% of our staff are fully vaccinated.
